It's the beginner class with a theme! Retro aprons & oven mitts are all the rage so why not come and learn to make your own.
This class is geared towards the total beginner or someone with a little sewing experience. We will cover machine & sewing basics, understanding patterns, seam & hem finishes. You will make a coordinating set including: retro styled apron, oven mitts & a hot plate.

If you have ever had your jeans hemmed this way, you will know that it looks fantastic but costs a fortune.
Tailors around town will charge you $20 to $30 per pair using this technique. If you own a machine and want to save some time and have something to be proud of, join us for this 2 hour workshop and learn to do your own Euro hem!!
Bring your jeans to class with you or purchase a pair from Goodwill to use while learning this technique.
Must have a zipper foot with machine (this is typically a standard foot that comes with all machines)
